ALL are welcome to experience Africa for three weeks (with 0 to 3 credits) through IS 370: African Community, Culture, and Music: A faculty led study abroad course focusing on localized to (inter)national communities and cultures in Africa.

1) INTRACONTINENTAL EXPERIENCE : West Meets East Africa: Ghana and Uganda
2) REGIONAL TOUR: Tour Portion of East Africa Bloc: Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda
3) LOCAL VILLAGE LIFE: Ghana: Nungua and Kpeve Villages
In brief: This is a three week travel and experiential learning opportunity through (but not limited to): Savannah and Serengeti safaris, academic tours, socio-historic sites, cultural and village performances, ceremonies, festivities, drum and dance lessons, living w/ extended family, and countless cultural exchanges.
